To use the Play Bet platform, you must meet the following requirements. By opening an account and agreeing to these terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

Opening an account with play bet is completely free. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Account security responsibility:

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. If you believe someone else has learned your password, notify Play Bet immediately. Play Bet will not be held liable for any unauthorised activity on your account if your password has been shared.

• No additional charges are applied on deposits.
• All deposited funds must come from your own personal source.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Play bet is committed to fast withdrawals. However, certain required conditions must be met.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳20,00,000.

General Gaming Rules:

• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error in the game, the bet will be refunded.

• Use of Hacking, Bots, or Automation Software
• Colluding fraudulently with other players
• Opening or operating an account using false information
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward Play Bet staff

When KYC Is Required:

Any valid balance in a closed account remains protected and will be returned after verification.

• Play Bet's total liability shall not exceed your account balance under any circumstances.

Steps for Dispute Resolution:

• Step 2: Send a detailed complaint via email (support@playbet.ws). A response will be provided within 48 hours.
• Step 3: If unresolved, you may escalate the matter to an independent mediator.

Play Bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. However, we are always transparent when doing so.

• Members will be notified by email at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account and receive your balance back.
